Please email customer service for return instructions. All returns must also include a copy of the original packing slip with the Order Number (PCO#, weborder#, and/or Match-Up’s order#) as well as documentation regarding what is being returned, why, and what action is required. The Order Number must appear on all packages and related documents. Any return without a valid Order Number will be refused. All authorized returns will be fully credited to the customer’s credit card. Match-Up Promotions, LLC will make the final determination as to whether the purchase will be replaced, credited or no action taken depending on our judgment of the manner in which the product was used.
